Crestwood Academy Pre-K Program
A calm and intentional start to your child’s learning journey.
At Crestwood Academy, our Pre-K program is designed to provide a strong, developmentally appropriate foundation in a structured, supportive environment.
Unlike traditional daycare settings or large classrooms, our program is intentionally small, allowing each child to be known, supported, and guided with care. We believe young children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and connected.
Our Pre-K program helps children build confidence, develop independence, strengthen social skills, and begin their academic journey in a calm and purposeful setting.
Pre-K to 4th Grade Enrollment Process
Choosing the right educational environment is an important decision for every family.
At Crestwood Academy, we take a thoughtful and structured approach to enrollment to ensure students are placed in an environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and personally.
Step One:
Submit an Application
Families begin by completing the Crestwood Academy application.
A $50 non-refundable application fee is required to begin the admissions review process.
Applications are reviewed in the order they are received.
Step Two:
Application Review
Applications are reviewed based on:
- Grade-level availability
- Classroom composition
- Academic readiness
- The school’s ability to appropriately support the student within our current program structure and classroom environment.
Because Crestwood Academy maintains intentionally small class sizes, enrollment availability is limited.
Step Three:
Parent Meeting or Phone Conversation
Families may be contacted to schedule a parent meeting or phone conversation to:
- Discuss the program
- Answer questions
- Review expectations
- Ensure alignment between the family’s goals and the Crestwood educational environment
We believe strong communication and partnership are essential to student success.
Step Four:
Enrollment Offer
Enrollment offers are extended based on:
- Available classroom space
- Enrollment timing
- Program availability
- Classroom balance and support needs
Step Five:
Enrollment Completion
Families complete enrollment by:
- Submitting required documentation
- Completing enrollment forms and agreements
- Securing their student’s placement
Once enrollment is finalized, families receive onboarding and school preparation information.
