A school day built around how your child learns

Your child’s grade level is only part of the picture. We pay attention to the skills they are building, where they need more practice and when they are ready for a new challenge.

• Small-group learning: We get to know each child’s strengths and learning needs.
• Skill-based reading and math: Instruction guided by developing skills, not the assumption that every child needs the same lesson.
• Hands-on exploration: Opportunities to make, build, ask questions and solve problems.
• A low-tech approach: Meaningful practice and real-world experiences at the center of learning.
• Character and practical skills: Cooperation, persistence and responsibility alongside academics.

Three tuition-assistance pathways

• Crestwood-funded assistance: Contact the school about eligibility and available funding.
• Opportunity Scholarship Fund: Eligible families may apply for an OSF scholarship. Apply through the OSF family portal (account required).
• Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit: Eligible families may apply under the state program’s rules.

We can help families understand these options. Assistance is subject to eligibility, program rules and available funding; awards are not guaranteed. Coordinate assistance so the same tuition expense is not covered twice. Application and enrollment fees are separate from tuition.

Enrollment remains intentionally limited to preserve Crestwood Academy’s small class sizes and individualized educational approach. Most classrooms will maintain between 5 and 10 students, with a maximum class size of 10 students.

Flexible tuition payment plans are available. Families interested in discussing payment arrangements are encouraged to contact the school directly.

$50 non-refundable application fee

Enrollment Fee
$75 non-refundable enrollment fee required to secure placement

Families utilizing approved tuition assistance or scholarship arrangements may discuss alternative enrollment fee scheduling if needed.

Payment Policy

To help maintain a stable and consistent educational program, Crestwood Academy uses the following tuition payment schedule:

• Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of each month
• Weekly tuition is due the Friday prior to attendance
• Annual tuition may be paid in full before the first day of school

Late Payments

• A $25 late fee may be applied to accounts that are more than 5 days past due
• Accounts more than two weeks overdue may result in temporary suspension of attendance until the account is brought current
• Continued nonpayment may affect a student’s continued enrollment at Crestwood Academy

What Tuition Covers:

Tuition supports the full educational experience and includes:

• Student & classroom supplies
• Curriculum and learning materials
• Core academic instruction
• Technology resources
• Experiential learning activities
• Outdoor and garden-based programming
• Standard school events
• Enrichment opportunities
• Progress monitoring and student assessments

What Families Are Responsible For:

• Daily lunch
• Personal items (labeled boots, gloves, rain gear, etc.)
• Optional field trip spending money when applicable

Before & After Care

Before-care and after-care services are available for enrolled students. Additional information regarding schedules, pricing, and availability will be provided during the enrollment process.
