Enrollment remains intentionally limited to preserve Crestwood Academy’s small class sizes and individualized educational approach. Most classrooms will maintain between 5 and 10 students, with a maximum class size of 10 students.

Flexible tuition payment plans are available. Families interested in discussing payment arrangements are encouraged to contact the school directly.

$50 non-refundable application fee

Enrollment Fee
$75 non-refundable enrollment fee required to secure placement

Families utilizing approved tuition assistance or scholarship arrangements may discuss alternative enrollment fee scheduling if needed.

Payment Policy

To help maintain a stable and consistent educational program, Crestwood Academy uses the following tuition payment schedule:

• Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of each month
• Weekly tuition is due the Friday prior to attendance
• Annual tuition may be paid in full before the first day of school

Late Payments

• A $25 late fee may be applied to accounts that are more than 5 days past due
• Accounts more than two weeks overdue may result in temporary suspension of attendance until the account is brought current
• Continued nonpayment may affect a student’s continued enrollment at Crestwood Academy

What Tuition Covers:

Tuition supports the full educational experience and includes:

• Student & classroom supplies
• Curriculum and learning materials
• Core academic instruction
• Technology resources
• Experiential learning activities
• Outdoor and garden-based programming
• Standard school events
• Enrichment opportunities
• Progress monitoring and student assessments

What Families Are Responsible For:

• Daily lunch
• Personal items (labeled boots, gloves, rain gear, etc.)
• Optional field trip spending money when applicable

Before & After Care

Before-care and after-care services are available for enrolled students. Additional information regarding schedules, pricing, and availability will be provided during the enrollment process.
