With more than fifteen years of experience in administration, compliance, records management, scheduling, nonprofit operations, and organizational systems, Ari brings strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep commitment to building well-structured, supportive environments for students, families, and staff. Her background includes extensive work in both administrative leadership and nonprofit service, giving her valuable experience in organizational management, family support, compliance processes, and mission-driven operations.

Ari holds a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Services. Her educational background supports her work in student support, family communication, behavioral understanding, and the development of systems that help children and families feel seen, supported, and well-served.

At Crestwood Academy, Ari plays a key role in student support, family communication, enrollment systems, records management, scheduling, administrative coordination, and day-to-day school operations. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, responsibility, and self-advocacy while also ensuring that families experience professionalism, consistency, and meaningful support throughout their time at Crestwood.
