Crestwood Academy is not operated by, affiliated with, or governed by any public school district or government agency.
Admissions & Enrollment Policy
Enrollment at Crestwood Academy is intentionally limited in order to maintain small class sizes and a high-quality learning environment.
Admission decisions are based on:
Academic readiness and placement considerations
Classroom composition and balance
The school’s ability to meet a student’s educational and developmental needs
Submission of an interest form or application does not guarantee admission. Crestwood Academy reserves the right to determine enrollment based on available space and overall program fit.
Student Support & Program Fit
Crestwood Academy is designed to serve students who can be successfully supported within the school’s staffing model, classroom structure, and available resources.
If, during the admissions process or a recommended trial period, it is determined that a student’s needs exceed the level of support the school can reasonably provide, Crestwood Academy may decline or defer enrollment in order to ensure the best educational setting for the student.
Optional Trial Placement
For some applicants, Crestwood Academy may recommend a short trial placement period (typically up to three weeks) to help determine whether the school environment is an appropriate fit.
Trial placements are used selectively and are not required for all students. Final enrollment decisions may be made following the trial period based on observed student success, classroom fit, and the school’s ability to provide appropriate support.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Crestwood Academy admits students without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, or disability, in accordance with applicable laws governing private educational institutions.
