At Crestwood Academy, we believe exceptional schools are built by exceptional people. Our leadership team brings together expertise in education, student development, administration, health and wellness, operations, technology, and community leadership.
As a small, relationship-centered school, we intentionally maintain a close-knit team that allows us to know our students personally, support families effectively, and create a structured learning environment where every child is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and personally.
All Crestwood Academy team members successfully complete background screenings and maintain current CPR and First Aid certification requirements as part of our commitment to student safety and well-being.
Amber Anderson, FHP-FNP, RHE
Founder & Principal
Amber Anderson is the Founder and Principal of Crestwood Academy.
She founded Crestwood Academy with a vision of creating a school where strong academics, character development, leadership training, and real-world learning experiences work together to prepare students for lifelong success.
Amber holds a degree in Functional Health and Nutrition and is a Registered Health Educator. Her professional background includes educational program development, organizational leadership, nonprofit management, student support systems, curriculum planning, accreditation preparation, and operational development.
Throughout the creation of Crestwood Academy, Amber designed the school’s academic framework, enrollment systems, student assessment processes, family engagement programs, governance structure, and accreditation systems. She successfully guided Crestwood Academy through the accreditation process and continues to oversee curriculum implementation, school operations, strategic planning, community partnerships, and organizational growth.
Amber believes students thrive when they are challenged academically, supported relationally, and taught to become responsible, resilient, and capable leaders.
Ari Byrd
Vice Principal
Ari Byrd serves as Vice Principal of Crestwood Academy and supports school operations, student services, family communication, administrative leadership, and organizational systems.
With more than fifteen years of experience in administration, compliance, records management, scheduling, and organizational operations, Ari brings exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to creating supportive and well-structured environments for students and families.
She holds a Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Degree in Social Services. Her educational background provides valuable insight into human development, behavioral health, family support systems, and student well-being.
Ari plays a critical role in student support, family communication, records management, enrollment systems, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative operations. She is passionate about helping students develop confidence, resilience, responsibility, and self-advocacy skills while ensuring families receive responsive and professional support throughout their educational journey.
Levi Anderson
Physical Education, Technology & Campus Operations
Levi Anderson oversees physical education, technology support, campus operations, facility management, and safety coordination for Crestwood Academy.
With more than fifteen years of experience in operations, maintenance, technical systems, safety compliance, and facilities management, Levi helps ensure students learn in a safe, organized, and functional environment.
His professional experience includes aircraft maintenance, industrial operations, construction, business management, facilities oversight, technical troubleshooting, and systems coordination. His diverse background provides Crestwood Academy with strong operational leadership and practical problem-solving expertise.
In addition to leading physical education and wellness activities, Levi manages campus maintenance, emergency preparedness procedures, technology systems, operational logistics, and facility readiness. He is committed to creating an environment where students can safely explore, learn, move, and grow.
