Families begin by completing the Crestwood Academy application. (there is a $50 non-refundable apllication and clerical fee)

Step 2: Application Review

Applications are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with:

• Classroom composition

• Overall student fit

Step 3: Family Connection

Selected families may be contacted for a brief phone call or meeting to:

• Answer questions

• Confirm expectations

• Ensure mutual fit

Step 4: Enrollment Offer

Enrollment offers are extended based on:

• Application review

• Available space

• Classroom balance

Step 5: Enrollment Completion

Families complete enrollment by:

• Submitting required documentation

• Signing agreements

• Securing their student’s placement
