Tuition & Fees

Crestwood Academy is a tuition-funded private school designed to provide small class sizes, individualized instruction, and a high-quality educational experience.

Our tuition structure is intentionally simple, transparent, and designed to support both families and a consistent, structured learning environment.

Tuition Options (2026–2027 School Year)

Monthly Tuition (Recommended)

$800 per month

Monthly tuition is the standard and recommended enrollment option. It provides consistency for both families and the school and supports a stable, structured academic environment.

Weekly Tuition (Limited Availability)

$200 per week

Weekly tuition may be requested on a limited basis and is subject to approval.

A minimum two-week written notice is required for withdrawal.

Weekly enrollment is intended for families who require short-term flexibility; however, all students are expected to participate consistently in the academic program.

Annual (Pay-in-Full)

$7,200 per year

Total with discount: $6,840

Annual tuition must be paid prior to the first day of school to receive the discount.

What Tuition Includes

Tuition at Crestwood Academy is designed to be all-inclusive.

It covers:

• Core academic instruction

• Curriculum and learning materials

• Classroom supplies

• Experiential learning activities

• Outdoor and garden-based programming

• Standard school events and enrichment

Families are responsible for:

• Daily lunch

• Personal items (labeled boots, gloves, etc.)

Enrollment Fees

• Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable)

• Enrollment Fee: $75 (non-refundable, required to secure placement)

Payment Policies

To maintain a stable and consistent program:

• Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of each month

• Weekly tuition is due the Friday prior to each week of attendance

• Annual tuition must be paid in full prior to the first day of school

Late Payments

• A $25 late fee is applied after 5 days

• Accounts more than two weeks overdue may result in suspension of attendance

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Crestwood Academy operates with limited enrollment and reserved classroom space.

For this reason:

• Tuition is non-refundable after the trial period

• The first 3 weeks of school serve as a trial period

• If the school determines the placement is not a good fit during this time, a prorated tuition refund may be issued (excluding fees)

• Parent-initiated withdrawal during the trial period is not eligible for a refund

• A minimum two-week written notice is required for withdrawal for all payment plans

Aftercare (Optional)

Available for Kindergarten–4th Grade only.

• $20 per day

• $75 per week (unlimited days)

Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Late pickup fee: $1 per minute after 6:00 PM

Important Note

Crestwood Academy is currently completing its accreditation process and is not yet eligible to accept the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit for the 2026–2027 school year.
