Crestwood Academy is an accredited private school and is actively completing the registration process required to participate in Oklahoma’s Parental Choice Tax Credit Program (PCTC).
The PCTC program was created to help Oklahoma families offset the cost of private school tuition through a refundable state tax credit.
Depending on household income and eligibility, families may qualify for significant tuition assistance through this program.
Potential benefits may include:
Reduced out-of-pocket tuition costs
Increased access to private school education
Financial support for qualifying Oklahoma families
Because eligibility and award amounts are determined by the State of Oklahoma, families should review current program requirements and application information through the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
Crestwood Academy will continue to provide updates as our registration process is finalized and additional program information becomes available.
We encourage interested families to apply for enrollment early and monitor PCTC application deadlines closely.

EARLY CARE

Our goal is to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment where students can ease into the morning and unwind after the school day with things like:
Quiet reading time
Crafts and creative activities
Games and enrichment
Snacks and rest time
Outdoor play (weather permitting)
Homework support
Pricing:

We are working hard to create a school environment that supports not only our students, but our families too, and we’re excited to be able to offer additional flexibility for working parents and busy schedules.
Crestwood Academy operates with limited enrollment and reserved classroom placements.
The first 15 instructional days serve as an evaluation and adjustment period for newly enrolled students.
During this time, Crestwood Academy evaluates:
Academic readiness
Classroom integration
Emotional regulation
Behavioral compatibility
Overall student success within the school environment
If Crestwood Academy determines the placement is not an appropriate fit during the evaluation period, a prorated tuition refund may be issued, excluding fees.
Parent-initiated withdrawal during the evaluation period is not eligible for a refund.
A minimum two-week written withdrawal notice is required for all payment plans.
