Crestwood Academy is a private K–4 school offering a full-day educational program designed to support academic excellence, individualized instruction, and meaningful experiential learning.

For the 2026–2027 school year, annual tuition at Crestwood Academy is $11,000 per student.

Most families choose a 9-month payment schedule aligned with the school year. Extended payment options may be available upon request.

This tuition reflects the intentionally designed Crestwood Academy program. It allows us to maintain high academic standards, small class sizes, and a well-supported learning environment while minimizing unexpected costs for families.

 Tuition Assistance and Future Programs

Crestwood Academy is committed to expanding access for families.

The school plans to offer limited tuition assistance and founding family considerations prior to the Fall 2026 opening. Additional opportunities — including potential participation in the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit — will be shared as accreditation milestones and program approvals are completed.

Availability, eligibility, and timelines are discussed individually with interested families during the enrollment process.

What Tuition Includes

Crestwood Academy tuition is designed to be simple and all-inclusive, reducing the need for supply lists or recurring fees throughout the year.

Tuition includes:

• Instructional staff and classroom leadership

• A rigorous, nationally benchmarked academic program

• Small class sizes and individualized instruction

• Curriculum resources, textbooks, and instructional materials

• Classroom supplies and core school supplies

• Technology use as part of daily instruction

• Hands-on and experiential learning materials

• Garden gloves and materials for outdoor and farm-inspired learning

• Two Crestwood Academy school shirts for Focus Fridays

• Educational field trip costs, including admission and instructional programming

By including these items within tuition, Crestwood Academy ensures students have consistent access to the tools and resources needed for learning - without surprise fees or ongoing supply purchases.

Clothing, Lunches, and Personal Items

Crestwood Academy is an active, hands-on learning environment. Students regularly participate in outdoor learning, experiential projects, and practical activities — and getting messy is part of the learning process.

Families are asked to provide:

• Garden boots suitable for outdoor and farm-inspired activities

• Comfortable, durable everyday clothing appropriate for hands-on learning

• A student backpack (personal choice encouraged)

• A daily lunch provided from home

At this time, Crestwood Academy does not offer an on-site lunch program. Families provide daily lunches that meet their child’s needs and preferences. The school may explore lunch program options in the future and will communicate any updates in advance.

Students do not need special or formal clothing. Practical, play-ready clothing that can get dirty and be washed frequently is encouraged.

Field Trips and Additional Costs

Crestwood Academy covers the educational cost of field trips, including admission fees and instructional programming.

Families may occasionally choose to cover optional, student-specific expenses associated with certain field experiences, such as:

• Student meals purchased off campus

• Optional souvenir or gift items chosen by the student

Families are always notified in advance if any optional personal expenses may apply.
